How does the vetted trade database work?

It's a curated directory of maintenance trades across Australia and New Zealand, organised into 32 specialties. You filter by trade and location, see licensing, insurance and ratings, and contact the trade directly — RMA isn't a marketplace and takes no cut of the work. The full database unlocks on any paid plan.

What does "vetted" actually mean?

Every listed trade is checked against consistent standards for licensing, insurance and work quality, using the vetting process refined across more than 9,000 jobs a year in luxury retail. Each listing shows its vetting status, and ratings from RMA retailers are kept separate from public reviews. Vetting is ongoing — the network is curated continuously, not scraped once.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. Plans are monthly and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time. The free trial runs for 7 days with no obligation; when it ends, you keep trial-level access until you choose a plan.

How do I add more stores or storage?

Plans cover a band of stores: Single store covers one, Multi store covers up to ten, and Multi store + covers more than ten with custom pricing. When you outgrow a band, moving up takes a couple of clicks. Storage scales with your plan — 5 GB, 25 GB, or from 100 GB — and add-ons are available if you need more.

Do you cover both Australia and New Zealand?

Yes. The trade network, checklists and portal are built for both countries, and each store is set up with its country and region. Coverage is deepest in the major metro areas and growing continuously.

Who owns our data and history?

You do. Your documents, job history, photos and files belong to your account, and one retailer can never see another's data. Files in the Backroom are versioned so old versions are retained rather than deleted — your history builds over time and stays yours.
